We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Aiconz Gift Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We don't accept Cash on Delivery (CODs), personal checks, or layaway plans.

Yes, we are Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, so all confidential data, including payment information is very safe.

Please note that we never ask customers to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from Aiconz and asking you to do so, please do not respond to the email and contact us immediately.

Currently, every order must be paid in US Dollars ($). Unfortunately, we cannot accept payments made in any other currencies. Therefore, All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.


Most orders begin processing as soon as your purchase is complete and receive a confirmation email. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, your address is verified and the item is safely packaged. As soon as your order is shipped out in Korea, you will be notified by email with the tracking number. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Korea national holidays. After your item leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to your shipping address location.

You must request cancellation or modification as soon as you place an order. If you want to cancel or modify your order, please email us at with the order number. Please note that if the order is already processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Our customer care team receives a high volume of customer service requests. Please allow up to 1 to 3 business days for our response. If you did not hear back from us within this time frame, please check your spam or junk box. Since we always do our best to give you the best service, we will respond to all inquiries as timely as possible.


Generally, we process your orders within 3 to 10 business days, and our carrying partners FedEx and DHL will deliver your orders to your door within 3 to 5 business days (may take up to 10 business days or more due to unexpected circumstances).

Due to the global Covid-19 crisis, we offer worldwide Express Shipping for all items in our store. Therefore, we may kindly ask customers to pay a small top-up for covering the express shipping fee incurred.

Once we ship your order, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not see the email, please check your spam/junk folder or "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail.

Yes, all orders are shipped out worldwide from South Korea.


Our items may be returned within 10 days of receipt except for pre-order items. Please see the following steps for the return.

[Step 2] Prepare the original box for shipping.
[Step 3] Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. AICONZ cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.

Once we receive your return item, we will issue a refund back to your original method of payment within 15 business days. For credit cards, please allow an additional 10 business days for the refund to process back to your account.
