Marking the much-awaited return with the one and only edition of the photography collection, BTS MAP OF THE SOUL ON:E CONCEPT POTHOBOOK has been released!

The SPECIAL SET consists of both the CLUE and the ROUTE versions, the two versions of the hard-cover photo books, as well as the film card, folded concept paper, folded poster, photo card, lenticular card, postcard, square photo, and holographic photo card. It also comes with the first release limited edition large poster set, which is 7 posters of individual members for your viewing pleasure (available until stock lasts only.)

NOTE: Pre-order. Shipping will start on 22nd June 2021 onwards. If you have a preorder item in an order with another item that is already available, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder item arrives and is in stock. Items will not be shipped separately within the same order number.

Shipping

1. Processing: Upon your placement of an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the system to process it. Cancellation would not be possible after we process your order. It must be requested immediately after receiving an order confirmation email. 

2. Inspecting and Packaging: We offer 100% guaranteed authentic items to our customers. Before we dispatch your order, we inspect and package every item to provide it in pristine condition. This step may take up to 3 to 10 business days. 

3. Shipping: We always try our utmost to provide the fastest and the most trustworthy shipping service for our customer satisfaction. Our primary courier is FedEx and DHL Express. Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days worldwide, but there can be unexpected delays due to unpredictable weather conditions or the current COVID-19 pandemic. 

4. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated, but if there is no update after 3 days after receiving your tracking information, please contact us immediately, then we will conduct an investigation right away.

Shipping Delays and Possible Failed Delivery

There might be shipping delays if your package is subjected to customs clearance. Also, you are liable for submitting the correct shipping address (English only), full name (no initials), and phone number. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors made.

Additional Notes:

• Occasionally, all or part of an order may be canceled. Order canceling usually occurs because of one of the following reasons:                            

  1. Out of stock items

  2. Problems with processing payment information

  3. Problems with a shipping address

  4. Duplicate orders                                                                                  

  If your order is canceled, you'll receive an email explaining the details. You won't be billed for any canceled items.

• For high-demand products, there could be unexpected delays.

• If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole package will only be shipped out once pre-order items are available.
