Shipping

1. Processing: Upon your placement of an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the system to process it. Cancellation would not be possible after we process your order. It must be requested immediately after receiving an order confirmation email. 

2. Inspecting and Packaging: We offer 100% guaranteed authentic items to our customers. Before we dispatch your order, we inspect and package every item to provide it in pristine condition. This step may take up to 3 to 10 business days. 

3. Shipping: We always try our utmost to provide the fastest and the most trustworthy shipping service for our customer satisfaction. Our primary courier is FedEx and DHL Express. Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days worldwide, but there can be unexpected delays due to unpredictable weather conditions or the current COVID-19 pandemic. 

4. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated, but if there is no update after 3 days after receiving your tracking information, please contact us immediately, then we will conduct an investigation right away.

Shipping Delays and Possible Failed Delivery

There might be shipping delays if your package is subjected to customs clearance. Also, you are liable for submitting the correct shipping address (English only), full name (no initials), and phone number. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors made.
