Shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days worldwide, but there can be unexpected delays due to unpredictable weather conditions or the current COVID-19 pandemic. 

4. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking to be updated, but if there is no update after 3 days after receiving your tracking information, please contact us immediately, then we will conduct an investigation right away.

Shipping Delays and Possible Failed Delivery

There might be shipping delays if your package is subjected to customs clearance. Also, you are liable for submitting the correct shipping address (English only), full name (no initials), and phone number. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors made.
