Processing: Upon your placement of an order, please allow 1 to 3 business days for the system to process it. Cancellation would not be possible after we process your order. It must be requested immediately after receiving an order confirmation email.

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping Delays and Possible Failed Delivery
There might be shipping delays if your package is subjected to customs clearance. Also, you are liable for submitting the correct shipping address (English only), full name (no initials), and phone number. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to errors made.
Occasionally, all or part of an order may be canceled. Order canceling usually occurs because of one of the following reasons:

Problems with processing payment information
Problems with a shipping address
If your order is canceled, you'll receive an email explaining the details. You won't be billed for any canceled items.
